General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to contracts with private clients and companies for which CONTAG Unternehmensberatung provides services. The contract is concluded as soon as the client returns it signed (arrival at CONTAG).

A quotation is issued for each contract. If it is accepted by the client, a contract is drawn up, which becomes valid as soon as it is returned signed by the client (arrival at CONTAG).

Prices are quoted in CHF and include Swiss VAT for clients domiciled in Switzerland, or unless otherwise agreed. CONTAG Unternehmensberatung reserves the right to change prices at any time. For existing customers, the prices stated in the offer apply.
